FAQs
Once enrolled, you’re able to add as many task requests to your queue. Each
task will be delivered one by one.
On average, most requests will be completed within 24 hours. However, if
the task requires any modification, it can take up to 48 hours.
Dash Design is an agency of 26. You will be working directly with one of our
experts to get the task done to your liking and with unlimited revisions.
It is probable that you may not always have tasks for us to work on. Perhaps
you may have 8 or 10 tasks to work on for now. Once those tasks are
completed, you are able to pause until your next set of tasks.
Our billing cycles are based on a 31 days period. Once paused, youll have
the remaining unused days to use in the future.
Dash Design offers so much flexibility for you to request your tasks. Trello is one
that we prefer for flexibility. You can also use Google Docs or a simple email.
Anything is fair game!
No need to worry! We will modify your request until you are 100% satisfied.
We work with you on almost everything. If you are in doubt, please feel free
to send a quick message and well be sure to confirm with you.
That is not a problem! You can simply pause your subscription and return
when you have new tasks available for us. You will not lose the days that are
left for that specific month.
Due to the nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
